Gift cards and course bookings
These products are digital products and you will receive an email shortly after your purchase confirming details. I will normally be in touch within 3 working days to finalise course booking details and to arrange course meeting locations, dates and times
Print Sales
You will receive confirmation of your purchase immediately by email. I use a third party fine art print shop to fulfil all my print sales and your artwork will be printed and despatched within 72 hours of placing your order.
From time of dispatch delivery time may vary depending on the shipping destination but orders to the UK AND EU destinations are normally received within 3 working days. Orders to the ROW may take up to 10 days from despatch but are normally much quicker.
By default, dropshipping orders to the UK and EU/EEA are sent via postage. Orders shipped outside the UK and EU/EEA, i.e Canada, Australia are always shipped via Express Courier, as are any bespoke framed orders.
Note that shipping is charged per order and will be clearly specified at checkout before you make final payment.
