I love the simplicity of this image, which reminds me of a head and shoulders, very fitting given this is actually the summit of Mont Blanc in the French Alps.
Taken early one evening, the sunlight was just lighting the very peak of the mountain, something I have used in other photos to help simplify the scene and focus the eye.
